Fifty rounds to glory
Fight through five chapters and 50 authored rounds. A boss awaits every fifth round, with the Praetorian Twins in round 45 and Imperator Gelatius in round 50. Endless battles follow the finale.
How to play
- Move with WASD or arrows and aim with the mouse. Hold left click or J to attack; right click, K or Shift delivers a heavy. Space dodges, hold E to guard or time it to parry, Q unleashes fury, 1/2/3 switch weapons, Esc pauses and M mutes. On touchscreens, move with the stick, hold Attack or Guard and tap Heavy or Dodge.
- Sword · Spear · MaceThe sword chains three sweeping strikes. The spear pierces targets in a narrow line. The mace knocks enemies back and its heavy sweeps a full circle. Switch weapons during openings.
- Earn blessings and master weaponsActual health removed earns experience and separate mastery for each weapon. Level up and choose among twelve stackable blessings during three-choice intermissions.
- Fifty rounds and endless battlesThe arena grows tougher as you advance through 50 battles. Defeat the emperor at the end to keep fighting in endless mode.
Combat and progression
Imperial Fury
Dealing damage wins crowd favour. Fill it and unleash Imperial Fury for more damage, faster attacks and protection; blessings can extend its duration.
Saving and continuing
A completed round sets your next checkpoint at the reward screen. Continue takes you there, never into the middle of a fight. Starting a new run replaces that checkpoint.
Arena questions
Is this multiplayer?
No. This is a single-player arena against AI enemies, with no accounts or online opponents.
Will my progress be saved?
Cleared rounds save a checkpoint in this browser. Continue returns to the reward choice. Death removes the current run; settings and your best score remain. Starting again replaces the checkpoint.
Can I play on mobile or without internet?
Touch controls work in portrait and landscape; landscape provides more room. Offline availability is not guaranteed, so start with an internet connection.
